Together we’ll choose the menu proposal, with over 35 years of experience in the meat industry, "El Pibe Oscar" will advise you on different cuts, types, and origins of meat. Cuts like: short ribs, flank steak, skirt steak, flank flap, whole ribs, ribeye, picanha, tri-tip, tenderloin, Argentinian chorizo, sausages, lamb, goat, suckling pig...
MENU
We can offer you a base menu that is always a hit or adjust one to your event idea.
Our base menu:
1st course: Argentinian chorizo or sausage
2nd course: short ribs
3rd course: flank steak with sides: wood-fired potatoes, seasonal salad, and rustic bread
Sauces: chimichurri sauce and fine herbs mayo
With this menu, you won't need starters and all your guests will be fully satisfied.
THE SERVICE
Once the menu, date, outdoor location, and number of guests are decided, you can forget about any extra worries.
On the scheduled day, we’ll arrive with the grill, wood, and pre-selected meat.
Three or more hours before the agreed mealtime, we’ll begin our service.
At the agreed time, we serve the grilled meat to your guests or designated staff, ready to enjoy.
After the service, we pack everything up and leave the place as clean as we found it.
