Who am I?
I was born and raised in the countryside, in the southernmost country in the world, Argentina. As you may know, asado is its gastronomic jewel which, along with empanadas, dulce de leche, and tango, forms an essential part of its rich popular culture.
In 2002 I decided to cross the ocean and come to Catalonia, where I continued working as a butcher and sharing the tradition of asado in the heart of L'Empordà with friends. Over the years, and with the unconditional support of my family, this passion became my second profession. Today, our family project of Argentine barbecue is a reality that fills us with pride.

Our specialty and menu
Enjoy the authentic barbecue technique: grilling meat over embers or on a spit, slow-cooked, with firewood and in full view of the guests.
On the cross: delight your palate with beef ribs, lamb, pork, and whole kids, roasted to perfection.
On the grill: savor exquisite cuts such as short ribs, skirt steak, flank steak, ribeye, matambre, accompanied by our delicious criollo sausage and chimichurri sauce.
